Here's what we've been up to so far this summer...
~ We went to the Canada Day Parade - Amariah's first parade
(pretty sure Jotham's first parade was the same one)
~ Then we headed to the park for a free BBQ
~ Amariah enjoyed playing on the blanket and having bits of ice
(from my snow cone - she was getting more teeth)
~ Jotham enjoyed swimming
~ And getting his face painted
~ Daddy added a few more paintings to make Jotham into Blue Robin
~ Amariah trying drinking from a sippy cup with daddy
~ Jotham picked some flowers for me and then drew a picture of him
giving me the flowers - super cute and so thoughtful
~ Amariah tried out her floaty tube in the pool, she seemed to like it
~ One of Jotham's good friends from school was there too
~ Getting ready for wacky hair day at the park
should all have wacky hair)
~ A close up of Amariah's hair
~ Jotham thought his mohawk looked like a zebra mane
~ Amariah and her avocado face
~ Twin day at the play park
~ First bubble bath - she loved looking at the bubbles
~ Nature Smarts at the park - another awesome free program in
town. Jotham painted a shirt for the craft, then there are games,
a snack and everyone gets a free book through the literacy program
First Bubble Bath
~ Checking out the fire truck
~ Jotham got to try out the boots and pants - still too big
~ First hair cut - just a few long pieces (or as Waylon
called it "her shoulder length hair)
~ Sunday cuteness (we're loving using her 0-3 month dresses as
tops, super cute with tights or jeans and when she crawls they
aren't in her way so she doesn't get annoyed at them)
~ We had a beautiful rainbow one evening (the day after a crazy
storm in which we found a cement walkway under our deck
after a river ran through our property from all the rain)
Here's a couple older video's of Amariah:
