We Finally Have Spring

Here's how we spent the end of April and early May:
  • Jotham's battle wound from the swing collosion continued to look worse while it got better
  • Amariah tried pulling up on furniture
  • Jotham's superman grass guy that we made at the "Come read with me" program at school started growing
  • Jotham built a tower almost his height (we ran out of blocks)
  • We finally got to play outside
  • Amariah had fun exploring the yard
  • We had pony rides
  • Watched shows on the ipad (little sister likes to see what her big brother is doing)
  • Amariah was sleeping but I wanted to changer her diaper before bed. When I laid her on her change mat she promptly rolled over and continued sleeping, so I just put her in bed.
  • We ate the last loaf of paska for breakfast on my birthday and Amariah got to try some - she wasn't so sure about it
  • We had friends over for supper on my birthday which was a lot of fun, (but no pictures cause we're bad at that) but did take quick picture of me and my cake, it was delicious.
  • Amariah made it up the first step on the stairs, she was super pleased with herself.
  • Spring walks in the wrap
  • Sleeping after being out
  • Flowers from my boys for my birthday, Jotham's grass guy growing and some calla lilies from friends
  • First time swinging - she loved it
  • Jotham having fun too
  • Spring haircut time
  • Striped spring Sunday dresses and skirts
  •  Family walks to the park
  • Amariah's first time at the beach - we had a few super hot days. We didn't go in the water just played in the sand.
  • Jotham's first softball practice
  • Watching Jotham play
  • Someone got sleepy on the way home after a busy day of beaches and softball

Looks like you are having fun as a family (or taking time to have fun anyway). Wonderful! G&G
