Beautiful Feet

The night before we officially discovered we were expecting another baby, I asked God what this baby's verse would be. I was a little nervous to ask after last time. This time, the verse I heard gave me hope that we would hold this precious baby in our arms, that we were being given the promise of good news.

"How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, 'Your God reigns!' ” Isaiah 52:7
On August 21, 2012 we welcomed our third child into our hearts and our first daughter into our arms. Amariah Lia Meredith was born at 3:08pm. She weighed 8lbs 6oz and was 21 inches long. Amariah means "God has promised" and Lia means "Bringer of good news". She is our promised good news and we will cherish each day we are given with her.

Somehow this....

...turned into this.

Proud big brother so excited to hold his baby sister.

Our first family picture.
We have had a great first week with Amariah. We'll try to post some more pictures and video's soon. If it takes a while, it's because we're busy snuggling and cuddling our precious baby girl.
