February Fun

Here's what we've been up to:

• Jotham wanted to do something to "Make Mommy laugh". So this little outfit he's wearing is what he and Daddy came up with. It worked!
• Light Brite Fun
• Hiding under his stuffed animals before bed
• Playtime with Daddy before he left for his trip
• A couple family pictures before he left too

•  We made some heart shaped crayons as a fun Valentines craft with the girls. The kids chose the crayons they each wanted in theirs and then we stuck them in the oven. 
• Seeing if it works to colour with
• Doing some painting, he made a few pictures for Daddy.

•  Working on his Lego Lightening McQueen. He built it mostly on his own.
• Jotham was sick and fell asleep on the couch with me one afternoon. 
• Dressing up as a monster in Daddy's housecoat. Daddy was home by now, and was wearing Jotham's housecoat he just didn't want to be in the picture. 
• Making a guitar. It was Jotham's idea, he told us what he needed and how things were supposed to work. 
• He also needed to make a microphone (even though he has a toy one), so that he and Daddy could sing together. They were pretty cute. 
• Jotham on top of his nest of pillows and blankets. 

Jotham and I survived Waylon being gone for 11 days. Jotham's been making sure him and Daddy do something fun each day since he's been home, wrestling, singing a song together or playing games. He definitely missed him, and so did I. It's been nice to have him home.

We have finally found a house that we like, and have the inspection next week. If it all goes well I'll post the pictures of the house. It's 97 years old, but the inside has been redone really well and we're hoping we won't discover anything major wrong with it (though we'd much rather find that out now if there is something).
