Happy Birthday Baby...

Jotham,

You are 2 today!! Your daddy and I love you so much and we are very thankful that we have had two amazing years with you. You are such a precious little boy and you bring so much joy to our lives. We love to go on car rides with you and listen to you call the cows and horses for you to see while we drive by. We love to hear the songs you make up and watch you dance around the kitchen while singing. Mommy loves listening to you giggle when you and daddy play together tackling or scaring each other or playing hide and seek. We love the many cute things that you say, such as "Bye bugs, bye leaves" when going inside from playing, or "Awesome peas" when we have peas for supper. We love watching you learn knew things every day, your numbers and letters, Bible stories, jumping, new games and songs, there are so many things that you are learning so quickly. We love to pray with you before bed and listen to you as you learn to pray for your friends and family. We love that you enjoy hugs and kisses from us and love to give us hugs and kisses. Daddy loves that you run to him for a hug and kiss in the mornings or any other time he leaves for work. We love hearing you say "I love you". There are so many more things that we love about you, but the most important is that we love you just the way you are and we are so excited to see you grow and learn more this next year. Books: Tumble Bumble, What's Wrong Little Pookie, My Daddy and I, The Big Hungry Bear.

Shows: Veggie Tales, Finding Nemo, Cars.

Games: scaring each other, watching us play Wii games like racing or throwing cows.

Activities: stickers, colouring, playing at his kitchen or with animals, reading books, playing outside, dancing.

Bible Character: Jonah (which may also be the only one he knows).

Some new things Jotham's been learning:

Words: Awesome, Veggie Tales... He can say pretty much any word but these ones are new.

Counting: Knows all the numbers to 10, and some of them in order.

Letters: Can repeat them, and sometimes will see a letter and know which one it is.

Shapes: Stars, Heart, Circle, Square, Triangle, Hexagon - and can match all of the ones in the tupperware shape toy.
