Before we get to his 8 month update, here are a few pics from the last month.

Here's Jotham's 8 month update, only 2 weeks late. Jotham is now 27.8 inches tall, and weighs 19lbs 15.2 ounces. That's right, he is NOT 20 pounds yet. Jotham is eating more solid foods these days. He prefers to have me put things in his mouth with my hands rather than on a spoon, which is fine. He's not a huge fan of mushed up foods, but prefers little pieces of things. He likes that he can crawl and get into things, but would much prefer to stand and walk. He will pull himself up on whatever looks sturdy enough to hold him up, and will try with things that aren't. He is making lots of more sounds, and likes to babble to his animals in his crib when he wakes up in the mornings. That's all I can think of right now.
